    Brumbies 2012

A big year on the sideline chronically injured.

    Waratahs 2012

Blair Connor might be who you are thinking of. His career has blossomed since leaving the reds and he is now a regular starter for bordeux. He looks quick and a bit bigger from what I have seen on the tv. He can also play 13 which is where he use to play club footy for norths.

    Waratahs 2012

While I would love to see chabal I doubt the ARU would allow it, although if it was on the cards they should. Realistic replacement could be Stephen Hoiles, apparently he is training with the tahs after being released by the ponies so who knows?

    Brumbies 2012

Maybe, but I think the backline would be more balanced with Crawford at 15. Liked what I saw of him in the shute shield last year. I havent seen enough of the fringe backs play to comment really. Whats Colemans kicking game like and how is he under the highball? Excited to see Sitauti on the...

    Brumbies 2012

I'd play, White-To'omua-Lilo-McCabe as 9-10-12-13. No idea about the back three.

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

It is the logic that the nsw backline uses when quade runs through them to score.

    Brumbies 2012

They have that feeling of expectation about them for sure. Kind of like the 2010 reds, but even then most of us weren't expecting the reds to do as well as they did.

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

You forgot to mention a halfback that can path both ways. I think the lack of headbands was also a contributing factor.

    Dan Parks to Perth?

Brynes could speak a bit of russian apparently. The rules are different in australia because we dont have a 3rd tier and as such we dont have extra depth. Every spot at every province is important as each player is only a couple of injuries away from being a wallaby. I dont mind marque...

Chabal to play Subbies Rugby in Australia !

I think the tahs or rebels need him most. Would love to see it happen.

    Dan Parks to Perth?

I'd rather they take a punt on a few young blokes from the club comps. Maybe even a league player.

Slim mate, the Reds are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Can you just accept this universally accepted fact, so that the forum discussion can carry on in a civilised manner.

They all have too much neck, bloke in the middle especially.

I'm loving all the spite brewing up between reds and (2) brumbies fans. Can't wait for superugby to start, friday beers has been lacking something for too long.

    S15: Australia dont have depth

That's true, but you see in the nrl with their under-20's that even at that age there are players still dominating not due to pure rugby ability but rather just size. It's a problem we have in Australian rugby, because at junior level the islander boys dominate but then don't go on with it and...

    S15: Australia dont have depth

I dont think the rebels could come soon enough. Aus rugby is stronger due to their existence. What we need is a province based 10 team trans-tasman U21 comp to run during super rugby. More opportunities for young players leads to more depth.
