Oh I agree he's our best. But he could be so much better with ball in hand. He's got the talent He makes meters, but it often leads to slow ruck ball as he doesn't attack weak shoulders. If he did he could be as good as anyone in the world

True although having watched the number 8's in the QF, Valetini's lack of footwork into contact is glaring in comparison. He just runs straight into people, much like Harry Wilson, and international defenses are too good for that

    Wallabies 2024

Totally disagree, he's not a battering ram but his footwork makes him highly effective "Too small" always seems to ignore the fact Ardie Savea & Kwagga Smith are two of the most effective forwards on the planet. And Michael Hooper was hardly a giant

Ikitau & Neville both started. Agreed Lonergan was great off the bench, which is why I never understood him being "too small" this year when he wasn't last year

I'd say they spent 20 minutes cleaning up the mess they helped create for 60 minutes

    SF2: England v South Africa 22/10/23 @ 0800 NZDT

While you are probably right, that's the same thing people said 4 years ago when Wales played South Africa

Yes, lets just ignore the record defeat. You are the Simone Biles of mental gymnastics

England will really fancy themselves here. South Africa will be feeling after that titanic QF vs France, and England, as boring and dreary as there are, can certainly nullify South Africa up front better than France did

We lost to Eddie Jones's England last year, which is hilarious considering you now have to talk him up in order to defend Rennie losing to England last year Fact is, both South Africa and England were better than us last year, and better than us this year. You should be further through the...

Based on what? A worse England team beat us in a 3 test series last year and Argentina beat us 48-17

    Wallabies 2024

To be fair, One Lonergan, Neville, Samu and Ikitau (and of course Rennie) were apart of the Italy fiasco, so what exactly they were building to is unclear

I know we are talking about all these long term things, but to me the most glaring difference between our players and the ones playing the Quarter finals was just the ability to stick in the fight when things get tough. Argentina hung tough when Wales were starting to run away with it and just...

    Rugby World Cup Matches OTA

Aaron Smith was yellow carded due to it stopping a clear line break attempt (could have been a try) whereas Fiji weren’t going anywhere even without the intentional knockdown

I’d say Rassie & Jacques are more of a package deal. NZ rugby basically forced Foster to sack his mates and hired these coaches for him

    Rugby World Cup Matches OTA

It’s more that now we have England and Argentina in Semi Finals which feels a bit undeserved. Not that they both couldn’t surprise us

Being broke doesn't usually happen due to smart financial decisions How much did that team camp to the NT cost?

That's what NZ did with Ian Foster
