    Tri Nations Game 3 New Zealand v Australia - Saturday 6 August 2011 - 3N2011

I really don't think it has, yet. Plenty of people are questioning the selection but I don't see any hate being dished out onto Simmons This is the only thing I've seen so far that makes me think Sharpe may actually be on the outer with RD, and I'm yet to be convinced Simmons does offer more...

Wallaby 40 metre sprint- How fast is fast?

    Tri Nations Game 3 New Zealand v Australia - Saturday 6 August 2011 - 3N2011

Ok so my mates girlfriend has organised a dinner for 7.30 sat night at Glebe Pt Diner here in syd (v nice place IMO). If anyone wants to go in my place wearing an appropriate disguise I'll shout your dinner and drinks and feel free to behave in whatever manner you see fit. Send me a PM...

    No Sharpie

...and the crowd goes wild!!!! As for Sharpe I think it's well and truly possible he's still being 'rested' or Deans is trying as many combos as possible while there is still time. If there was to be an injury would any of us really want to see Timani having to run on with only that Samoa test...

    Shute Shield 2011

If this was the 80s now and we had GAGR in all its glory I have a sneaking suspicion we would be hearing exactly the same arguments replicated with Randwick in place of Uni in the headline...

Podcast tonight with Kev Horwill - your questions please

Some would add that he could do it a lot better too

    Tri Nations Game 3 New Zealand v Australia - Saturday 6 August 2011 - 3N2011

Seems about right to me, while the heart always says there's a Wallabies victory there I think we're very likely to see a repeat of the 20-10 test last year. I think the Wobs have improved since then and supposedly broken their hoodoo but I think the ABs have improved too and are more than...

    Tri Nations Game 3 New Zealand v Australia - Saturday 6 August 2011 - 3N2011

According to tonight's Rugby Club the ABs are still resting a few this weekend (Read, Mealamu, maybe a Franks bro and someone else) and should be expected to field a full strength line-up on Saturday week. I reckon they'd probably be wise to, there might be another important game against us at...

RWC 2011 France or England? (If we make the semis.)

07 in a London pub for me. Same conclusion.

    Tri Nations Game 3 New Zealand v Australia - Saturday 6 August 2011 - 3N2011

You might be right for the future, Ruggo, but I still think Burgess has more to offer through experience and impact than Phipps does with his better passing game (which I don't think is far enough ahead to warrant full replacement of Burgo in the squad).

Kaplan - Can we petition to ensure he never referees an Australian side again?

As much as I don't like Kaplan I hope the SANZAR judiciary finally get their act together and cite the knob who opened the door on him.

Wallaby tight five - boys or men?

My mistake, Bruce. I thought you were referring directlly to Scarfie's post. I am yet to fully reconcile my position on RD but my instincts lead me to the conclusion that he does, for the most part, know what he is doing. He is a rugby coach with a very good historical record. That record has...

Wallaby tight five - boys or men?

You might want to look at scarfie's tagline, Bruce. Oh, and this, if I'm not mistaken...

    Richie McCaw

In seriousness I've always had the greatest respect for Kiwis and the ABs and while I want nothing more than the Wallabies to beat you every single time we meet there is not even a tiny sliver of the hatred I reserve for whenever we play England. The ABs were always going to be my second team at...

    Defending the rolling maul

And that the attacking team already has a head of steam up by the time the defence has time to set. Of two packs of equal size and skill there is no way the defending team can 'legally' repel the maul with any effectiveness. Tis a formidable weapon to say the least.

    Rob Horne

But how much cooler would you look rocking up somewhere in a chariot than a dented Falcon with an LPG leak?
