Would not be surprised to see him play off the bench behind Luke Holmes. Gives the squad some cover though Hilterbrand (ex Western Force hooker) might not be that happy. Kelly has done some good things in 1st grade for Warringah as well.

EPS is actually part of the squad (a bit like a Rookie contract so less money than the top 30 guys) I think the Transition Contract is a program supported by the Waratahs (i.e not ARU bound). Correct me if I'm wrong though. Transition contract is a lower wage than an EPS obviously.

There are some Gordon players and potentially Norths players signed already just these clubs weren't on the TV game. Not sure how many are getting contracts. Last year they also gave out some smaller contracts than the main squad members.

I agree Holloway is a good player I think a perception may be that he is very athletic but doesn't seem to be overly physical in contact (which is hugely important in the game Chieka has played). Saying that I hope the Tahs can work on that as he could be something special if he can master that.
