Maybe not anywhere in the world but certainly any team in the Super Rugby. I'd like to see players still have to play Super Rugby to qualify for internationals but be able to play for Super Rugby teams in other countries if they choose/are selected.

I'm not exactly jumping for joy at the prospect of SA leaving Super Rugby but I would not be devastated either if they did leave. I'm a big fan of bringing in the Argies, US, Canada, PI's, & Japan into Super Rugby. Maybe all or maybe a couple. If I had to choose two first up I would pick Japan & PI.
