RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

I think Hooper's was worse than duPlessis. thought that was harsh. there was a point to what he was trying to do to free the ball. Mike Brown would have earned a penalty for coming round the ruck

I know you're usually better informed on these points than me but I could've sworn one of the other cases mentioned previous clean record as mitigation

Have you seen his face in slo mo? It's up there with the stare down he got from warburton the week before. Another bad day at the office for Mike

Nah. It was stupid. He lined himself up for the shot and left his feet to deliver it. In terms of Saturday, as I said earlier, I'd be happy if cheika took him aside and told him he was a prize tw@t. But IRB seems to be pretty scared to condone head shots.

Actually heard this was going to happen whilst I was out this afternoon. Burgess too. I tried scouring the replay for anything Pocock could be cited for but to no avail

One mindless act in an otherwise brilliant performance

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

What's his record like? Not good I think. Wasn't it him who walloped an Argentinian?

Ill give Pontrhydyfen RFC and see if they are available

We have got better at closing games down in final minutes. we just haven't done it against Australia, yet!

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

Best I can say for it is that 1) it was Mike Brown and 2) his face was a picture

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

I'm wondering what's happened to our armchair general? He's gone awful quiet. After watching Wales in Cardiff followed by Australia at Twickers he's probably in A&E still with a grin on his face

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

England have more talented players than you can point a stick at. What happens to them at international level has to be down to the Woodward era mindset amongst the coaches

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

Reckon you're right again. Not sure why tho cos if they name first XVs they are both fairly clear

RWC: IRE v ITA (Olympic Stadium): POOL D

Ireland need to use the gameplan they use for welsh 6n games. The same one they used for game 1 of the warm ups. They should consign the one the used for game 2 in dublin to the bin. Hopefully, the criticism that Schmidt is gonna cop now might be a wake up

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

Nah. He couldn't have put more of his body into that brainfart if he'd tried

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

Now you're losing the plot. NZ haven't been able to dominate every game but apart from Australia once they still can do what it takes

RWC: IRE v ITA (Olympic Stadium): POOL D

Schmidt does have a plan b. He's used it against us to great effect but it does seem to be covered with dust forgotten in a cupboard these days. Just hope pragmatism and percentages have not caused him to forget it's there

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

We'll see how this pans out in the coming weeks and months but to be frank, and despite short term pain, potentially it could be the best thing that has happened for english rugby

Certainly do! South Africa couldn't put finish off Scotland who were woeful
