    JOC (James O'Connor) Gooonne

And I will add, you have seen the last of JOC (James O'Connor) in Australian Rugby, no ones gonna touch him now. Too many burnt bridges.

    JOC (James O'Connor) Gooonne

Fair play, that was a good response. But it conveniently fails to address how he has walked away from the Reds after they made significant changes to get him in the side. The mental health issue to my mind is a smoke screen to conceal the fact that he has essentially thrown his toys out of the...

Was that Marto unloading? Pretty tame stuff.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

An 8 minute Wallaby highlights video from RWC pool play that only includes scrums. If someone told you this existed 6 months ago you'd drop them off at the nearest mental health unit.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Hmmm, that video leaves me with mixed feelings. Rightly by recent precedence they should both miss some games for it, but I don't necessarily agree with recent precedence. It does seem the judiciary is going fairly lightly on punishment at the RWC. If they both got a week you'd say they were...

RWC: IRE v FRA (POOL D) Mon 12th@2:45am

Only at half time in my viewing, but I don't get the Owen's love in other threads. He referees like its 2010. No requirement for the tackler to clearly release. The French forwards have taken the honours in the first half, but their backs are comically bad. Michalak makes a half break and then...

RWC: IRE v FRA (POOL D) Mon 12th@2:45am

I think if a player holds back another player illegally, they should get automatic yellow. It shits me refs never seem to give two yellows when a player gets binned for lashing out. What about the deliberate foul play that preceded it.

People are always searching for true instances of irony, Shiggins liking this post did it for me.

RWC: IRE v FRA (POOL D) Mon 12th@2:45am

To be honest, I wouldn't mind missing Ireland. They're the big unknown to me. We haven't played them much since RWC11 and they are the form team of the NH.

RWC: IRE v FRA (POOL D) Mon 12th@2:45am

Getting to see a lot more of Los Pumas now, but even with that I feel like I don't have a handle on their style. They're more awkward than anything. They play their best off counter attack ball and strangling the other team. They're not the sort of team that would be at their best bashing up a...

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

Recent history against SA is good and with their hot/cold form I think they're as ripe for the taking as they'll ever be. But the last time you guys beat NZ, Neil Armstrong still had 6 years of training ahead of him before he would stand on the moon.

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

The Wale is my fav NH team, so I really hope we meet again this RWC, but all this false bravado about not caring about falling on the wrong side of the draw is foolhardy. I'd be shitting myself if we fell on that side of the draw.

Tell them not to stress too much, I expect they'll only have to meet one of them.

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

Because of the NH teams, they are most like us but for the most part practice it in less favourable conditions. The Orcs and others have a point of difference when they meet us. That's all I can think of. Of course it's 90% mental also.

RWC: AUS v WAL (Twickenham): POOL A; 2:45am (AEDT) Sunday 11 October

So without a dominant scrum do we draw that? It's a concern how susceptible we still are to the Ireland 2011 game plan.
