Very well said, Daz. It is harder than most, as you say, as we know the lads better than most clubs. Still, we have to decide between a team of nice guys who finish last or a winning team. Hopefully we end up with a friendly winning club!

How well we do in our re-birth year in 2018 will depend on how well Wessels and his team bring the two main groups together and get them working as a team. Excited? Hells yeah! But keeping expectations in check - 2018 may not be THE year, but hopefully one that brings more smiles than tears.

I think Tamati missed his child’s birth in 2016 to play v the Cheetahs at AAMI Park... though it was his 4th child (the novelty wears off - my brother, being a 4th, has no baby photos at all!).

The Rebels had the most openings, in anticipation, most likely. Because of the delayed decision, the other teams mostly filled their rosters.
