    Where to for Super Rugby?

I thought the Japanese stumped up a fair bit of cash to get into super rugby. Can't imagine them going without getting that back, at least in part. I also can't see our SANZAAR partners agreeing to chip in to cover it. This scenario could be as costly to us as any other. What if we formed a...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I was criticising the fairly ridiculous assertion that a blazer or suit jacket made you a rugby type. I was not criticising rugby fans attending soccer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What do you mean rugby folk? A guy in a blazer and cap and a guy in a suit? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah we've been there before with Foley. Character-wise Would still prefer him at 30ish to some of the guys we splashed cash on in the past. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not sure what would entitle new grounds for action as we really don't know the current grounds, and by nature of arbitration probably never will. What is certain is that arbitration can only be appealed if the arbitration agreement permits it, there is a an error of law in the award, and the...

That means that they have something outside of the scope of the arbitration. The law around commercial arbitration appeals is very clear. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Appeal must be on an error of law, and leave to appeal must be granted by the court, however the Force legal team would be able to find something, either from the arbitration, or possibly outside it, to keep their legal options running well into next season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No, but that isn't the important entity. It is MRRU. That is the one mentioned in all the annual reports as receiving funding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It would have to be pre-agreed. There is scope for it under the relevant legislation, however for leave to appeal to be granted, the court must be satisfied that the decision based on the facts of the award, was obviously wrong. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Junior rugby based on weight classes

I see your point, but if we are trying to grow the game, educating parents who are in the tent is only part of the task. Much harder to educate those outside the tent, and that is where perception is everything. Also the one plus size guy is less the problem than the small size guy. Sent from...

My point was that anyone can randomly speculate on anything when they know absolutely nothing about what is going on. I obviously don't believe he has been shown the ARU's case against the Force, although who would know what the hell has happened during the ongoing negotiations. Sent from my...

Maybe that's because he has been shown the ARU's case against the Force so realises the ARU don't need him. Who knows - nobody until later this week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
