    Southern Inland Rugby 2014

Had a quick chat to the Albury coach after their win against the Aggies, speaking more about the coming week against Griffith. His thoughts were that Dan Rawaqa would be easier to contain if he is at 10 ??? Thoughts (un - bloody - likely) No mention that he gets twice the amount of ball in his...

    Southern Inland Rugby 2014

I wouldn't say I am completely in the loop but have a fair idea of what goes etc. I know for one when the Brumbies Provincial XV played Aus Services at Duntroon (where Tom Dunstan, Queanbeyan) also got picked up that 'Lord' Laurie Fisher was in attendance and his comments were "gee this is...

Neither Corcoran nor Armstrong named in the tahs line up. I guess coach Palmer was right when he said "we'll wait and see who turns up" I have heard a few good things of a bloke name tim devitt a new recruit to tahs starting at 12, may be one to watch

Tahs Scottish lad, Jake Eaglesham has returned home from Uni Norths in Canberra back to Tah land. Not sure the circumstances but a good return for tahs on someone who a month ago was no longer in their plans.

In other news and more positive rugby releated. Our Siru women's side performed outstanding again, this time at kiama on Saturday. Coming away with 1 win, 1 loss and 1 draw (scored 1st and counted as a win). Stay tuned on the Siru web for a full report. Things looking good for standard and...

    Southern Inland Rugby 2014

@yourmatesam No he didn't pass it. It did however consist of a massive haymaker dummy, a 360 spin around, another dummy and swerve and finished with a grubber which the winger collected and dashed 40m to score.

@No.8, I watched Eddie Lagaali play for Royals at the Queanbeyan 7's on the weekend so I'd say he's a sure thing to not be at city this yr. To his credit he created a ripper of try in the final from about 70m out.

Is this the "southern inland 2014" thread or "the life and times of jack burey" thread. You make some interesting points, not sure if 'Captain Coach' was ever mentioned on this topic, but you seem to be in know a lot more. Are the Canberra Raiders a Brumbies 'B' program? Remember to keep...

I think Jack01 is on the money. If you read the article closely, the appointment isn't yet done and is really a bit of a nothing sort of article. Perhaps only believe half of what you read and even less of what you hear. But Jack01, who is the possibly recruit to play outside Burey...

    Southern Inland Rugby 2013

I was at the Shute Shield final on Saturday, supporting Uni & watched 3 out of 4 grades. Southern Inlands BEST teams would be super competitive with 3rd Grade & stick with 2nd Grade untill 1/2 time these guys play at another level and train at anohter level. Granted that there are people in Siru...
