Bring on the Boks, Cmon lads fire up there is still hope

Aw, people can come up with statistics to prove anything, Kent. Forfty percent of all people know that. While I think Palu should probably have played against the Boks, I thought Brown did a lot better last week than his stats suggest.

Team named, no Waugh or Palu. Far out.

Bring on the Boks, Cmon lads fire up there is still hope

Agree that choosing possible teams with players from outside the squad is a tad frivolous. If Gits hasn't been shifted out till 12 yet I'll doubt it'll happen now that Barnes is injured. So that leaves the possibility of AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) moving in one, Cooper being drafted in at 12 (where he played against...

    NZ v Australia.

Suprised this hasn't been discussed more. The hooter had gone and we were flinging it left and right to inside the AB 22 going for the try, surely a field goal would have been a better option?

Bledisloe 2 "Do or Die" Wallabies v Ab's in Sydney

Team named. Rocky starting, Brown @ 8, Palu out of 22, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) to 13 and J'OC to 15.

    Shute Shield 2009

Re: 2009 Shute Shield Dropped into Rat Park to see most of the game, but I have to disagree with the SMH journo's claim that Tuqiri "showed why he's still regarded as the best winger in international rugby". He really didn't stand out (despite the red boots) as much as made out in the article...

Do we need to make changes?

He did come on at 12 though. It would be risky starting him, but I'd be happy with either him at 15/AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) at 13 or AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) 15/Cross at 13.

Do we need to make changes?

What has Hoiles shown to deserve even being included in the 3N squad? If Deans wants to play a lightweight at 8 he will pick Smith there with Pocock or Waugh at 7.

    Springbokke vs Wallabies: Newlands

Think he meant in the XV, not at 15. Unsure how this game will go. When's the Wallaby team announced? Late tonight?

Wallabies v All Blacks, Game I

I too watched a replay this afternoon, well all the way up to where Barnes fluffed the try, and Burgess was pretty poor. Straight from the receiving the kickoff he hesitates to pass and instead takes it into contact with the AB forward pack. Then there's the bad kicking out of hand (as listed...

Wallabies v All Blacks, Game I

Four days out from the biggest game of the year so far and there is not nearly enough chat about it. Wallabies are named later today, with Palu set to start at 8. Word on the street is that Brown will pack down at 6, with Mumm moving to the bench. Any thoughts on the rest of the bench makeup...
