I can't argue that they have been the most successful franchise but they have not won since 2008 and now they have lost the 2 best players of this generation. I don't think any Australian Super Rugby side will be that worried to face up to any of these 3 players.

Didn't Fox only agree to cover and fund the NRC in return for exclusive access to Super Rugby. I am not sure that the NRC is in a strong position as I believe ratings have been underwhelming?

I agree there is a logic issue. Ultimately the law makers decided to support the quick throw in and speed of the game with harsh penalties for anyone touching the ball who is not involved in the game.

Houston's call was correct. Players and trainers were penalised quite a bit last year. Not so much this year as most players and trainers learnt not to touch the ball.

It is hard for clubs who use a cricket oval - Randwick, Norths, Gordon, Manly although not Uni anymore if their new ground is ready.

QC (Quade Cooper) scrum wasn't as strong last weekend and while they got dominance at times against the Ryas, they didn't decimate them like others have done. Maybe it will be a different story with Hirsimaki back in the starting lineup.
