    Refereeing decisions

i think there should be some kind of common sense with the on field review, if it is taking too long (it ain't then really clear and obvious), then mark the thing for review - even let the video ref do it with ref advising the player at the next stoppage

    Wallabies 2023

It was still pretty f*cked up and he deserves a long time on the side lines - see ya next year

    Wallabies 2023

Yeah, I have been dubious on him, but he was quite good and didn't look out of place

    Waratahs 2023

Seems a certain ruthlessness with the cutting as well

2022 Bledisloe Cup. Wallabies vs All Blacks

I would assume 22 clearances will be planned to come from 9

2022 Bledisloe Cup. Wallabies vs All Blacks

mmm ...... I am more concerned about the pigs successfully competing as a unit for 80 minutes - we have history of picking "mobile" pigs, being competitive for a while before the ABs flick the switch and go straight up us; and whole team cohesion in defence, so many changes

2022 Bledisloe Cup. Wallabies vs All Blacks

Playing devil's advocate ................ McReight maybe good for two turnovers per half at best, but Samu isn't crap and maybe budgeted for one - but has benefits in his acceleration into contact and a greater likelihood of front foot ball And why is a long boot good against one of the best...

2022 Bledisloe Cup. Wallabies vs All Blacks

2022 Bledisloe Cup. Wallabies vs All Blacks

Campbell doesn't have the bench flexibility or the ability to be that late game weapon, he is a starting 15

    Wallabies 2023

A bit chicken and egg re White We were splattered in contact making the ball messy and then when we invested more units at the breakdown there were less options to clear to it isn't surprising White was slow to distribute (we could always revert to "Phipps" like fast clearances and move the...

Wallabies v Springboks II, Allianz Stadium 7:35pm 03/09/22

Box kicks usually happen between the 22 & half way where you can only kick long or run it back (with the risk that a turn over will have them camped just outside the 22) A box kick is a wonderful tool when done effectively, it is a contestable kick ie the team needs to contest the bloody thing...

    Wallabies 2023

I think Kellaway suits the 14/15 spot, Hodge has been as good as any 15 we have put out this season

    Wallabies 2023

Kellaway looks the most consistent and "least" likely to contribute a brain fart
