    Australian Rugby / RA

It does because most fans in Melbourne will also support the AFL. Yes members take up a lot of the tickets but most members still have to pay to upgrade their memberships. Super Rugby has stuffed up massively here. There is absolutely no way that they are better off playing ANZAC day weekend...

They are but, families only have so much time and money to spend. Tickets to ANZAC day will set you back close to $100 per head. You take the family and are you really going to be spending on other games that week?

I think in a two year cycle you should play every one at home. I don’t think we need to have softer teams at home to try and manufacture better results But I can remember going to storm games as a kid at the old Olympic park. They use to hand out tickets like they were going out of fashion...

Now the AFL has committed to Gather Round Rugby Australia needs to make sure the Rebels are playing a home game that weekend. Yes the weather was terrible this weekend But it was a massive opportunity missed. All 10 AFL teams playing away, Storm playing away and all three a league teams...

Yet the ufc is PPV so even more restrictive I think there will always be resistance to these types of deals as to fans sport isn’t a business. To us it’s about winning

F1 is absolutely flying. Not sure that’s a great example

    Refereeing decisions

Look I do understand that view point. They can still hold the ball in and play for a penalty. But all 9s are blatantly feeding it to their side as it is
  20. Rebel man

    Refereeing decisions

Yeah it’s a bloody disgrace. I get feeding to the 8s feet speeds up the scrum and the game. But either change the rule to allow it or penalise it. I hate how they ignore it.
