Sorry I was responding to previous post about the Oz girls playing USA in their last game tonight. The Oz girls were flogged at the breakdown all the first 1/2 and were down 19-0 , if you were judging by the chat, you would have thought they were up 19-0.

Dont worry about watching the the final game, just look at the scoreboard at 1/2 time and listen to the audio. They are in denial about their deficiencies. They are not going to get any better. Anyway,I’ll keep filling up whilst they keep patting each other on the back and losing.

Longbottom defensive capabilities looked poorer last year because he played with Stannard. And he added much more with the ball in hand than this guy. It’s one thing to have him in the squad, it’s another to pick him sans massive injuries ( where is Lucas btw) The possession game seems to be...

Its only reasonable in a theoretical sense. Look at him. You have any confidence he could make a one on one tackle with anyone in the Fijian squad? If he was an absolute freak with the ball in hand, you might try your luck with him. But he’s no freak.

He probably is, but he’s not going to get to the next level picking up Andy Friends discards. Anyway, I can’t see his value with ball in hand, trumping his inability to compete physically.

I’ll be taking them on every time they pick him.

Josh Coward. How could he possibly not be exposed at training? I thought he was dropped from the squad a year ago. It was incompetent to pick him in the squad.

I also don’t understand the need to take them down. No one is going to go through the 2015 report(bearing in mind theses are concise reports) and find some glaring issue that will embarrass the joint in 2019

Sounds like you’ve been reading the minutes of AMP board meetings...... The ones that are going to survive/thrive are where each of the directors takes their role more seriously than the ‘80s model you’ve just described.

If you recruit someone to help out someone who is failing. You set out clear parameters about what tasks/outcomes the new guy will be measured on. You don’t allow the guy who is failing to dictate which bits he is willing to handover. If you want to be successful.....

I would have thought in the event we did need one, this need would be reflected by the job description that clearly defines their role. Appointing someone and saying that the new appointee will consult with the current coach, and they will make it up as they go along,is not quite the gold...

Good to see the Chairman’s new found respect for process. Our friends in the West will be pleased...

My prediction, NSW take a baseball bat to the Libs at the astate election. RA seize the opportunity and offer Gladys a board position (which I admit unfortunately would be a match made in heaven) We are doomed!

I don’t get the logic that Cheika’s hand picked assistants are holding him back. By sacking his assistants, they are effectively handicapping him. This shouldn’t be taken as some form of endorsement of any of the coaching staff, but time is against many,if any changes IMHO.

Unbelievable! You’re outrage receptor needs recalibration..... A product of these traditions is on these very pages behaving like a primary school bully, and you’re not embarrassed? He is hardly an endorsement of the values and superior education that you claim these kids receive.

My bad for replying to the forum big mouth. I’m categorically saying, from the horse mouth, they trained 10 sessions a week. Call me a liar if you like, I really don’t care what you think. But calling for evidence? Want me to submit stat decs? Whilst you insist all you need to do is go yeah nah...

Hmm, How long ago were you at School? That’s not even close to the commitment required by participants in the program 3,4 years ago. Which was literally 5 morning sessions,4 afternoon sessions , pretty much all day Saturday, and of course the compulsory Sunday recovery session......

its perverse that you clearly think your immature posts are proving your point. I’ve clearly stated in the past the training schedules,it’s a worry that you have no capacity to retain information. Go back and quote me,and by all means tell me where I’m wrong..... Or keep on stomping your feet...
