    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

agree re JOC (James O'Connor) - he isn't playing enough at 10 for him to be the contender. he needs to play there the rest of the time for the rebels and should've been there the past few weeks instead of roberts. I totally agree re JOC (James O'Connor), beale and barnes. for me - the fly half options really are To'omua, Lilo and...

    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

ok - i agree with your point that he can't execute the game plan, but i don't think his missed tackles, dropped catches, poor skills under the highball, and errant passes were a result of a game plan he couldn't execute. and to the bold bit above - that's probably my point. he's not defensive...

    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

ridiculous. he completely choked at RWC regardless of game plan.

    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

don't think QC (Quade Cooper) deserves to be there off form this year, form for wallabies last year and especially attitude last year. until you defends in the front line....he can't play 10 for wallabies - especially v Lions

    April Wallaby 30 Man Squad

i don't think you could accuse JOC (James O'Connor), Beale, or Lilo of being one dimensional players

Rebels vs Kings Super Rugby R9 - Saturday April 13

it is a must win. our stint of games after this is as follows: Crusaders (a), chiefs (h), Stormers (h), Waratahs (h), Reds (a), Brumbies (a), Highlanders (h). As bad as the chiefs have been, i wouldn't be banking in beating them in the last round given the talent in their squad. it will be very...

well it wont' be ebershon at 12 as he's signed with montpellier

Rebels vs Kings Super Rugby R9 - Saturday April 13

with you on phipps. it is very frustrating, but good to see he will be gone next year. burgess is a much more exciting player and a better 9 as well. he'll be a good mentor for zacker. if kingi stays, i imagine he'll largely be on the wing or full back going forward. we are obviously going to...
  10. Sir Arthur Higgins

Rebels vs Kings Super Rugby R9 - Saturday April 13

I'd agree with every thing you said. can't recall the injury that put kingi on the sideline, but when he was playing 9 last year at the start of the season he was vastly suprieror to phipps. phipps found a run of form as kingi was coming back and for whatever reason hill didn't switch it back...

Rebels vs Kings Super Rugby R9 - Saturday April 13

Taking a study break to attend and I hope all members and fans get behind the team. Rebels are offering members gold and silver 2 for 1 ticket deal. if you’re a member, get on it and get some bums in seats Henderson (regrettably) Ged PAE Jones Pyle Higgers Reid Delve Phipps JOC (James O'Connor) Kingi Sidey Inman...

    Rebels 2013

Reid can play 7 if fugilaster is off or on the bench. 1. Henderson 2. Ged 3. PAE 4. Jones 5. Pyle 6. Higgers 7. Reid 8. Delve 9. Phipps 10. O'Connor 11. Vuna 12. Sidey (I can see no clear separation between him and Mitchell form wise and since he played okay in a win he should stay) 13. Inman...

    Rebels 2013

yes, but we'll still have what, four foreign spots next year? delve is going. that leaves ged, fugilaster? horie, and king i think as woodward can qualify for Australia.

    Rebels 2013

all this talk of ged robinson leaving - he's been a very consistent player for us and regularly has top stats in the hooker department in aus. and..he's only 29. i would be very surprised to see him go anywhere for a couple years.

he did. he was on a mil plus at GWS.

nor i. i am for no reason, expecting pyle to resign ditto jones.
  17. Sir Arthur Higgins

    FORCE v REBELS R8 2013

his work rate was impressive, but not sure how effective it was particularly in the final throws of the game when he kept getting his hands on the ball but not making much ground.
  18. Sir Arthur Higgins

    FORCE v REBELS R8 2013

he looked great and i've said it already and will reiterate how much better we did look with a proper 10. i dont understand what hill was thinking putting roberts at 10...i know beale didnt make things easy when injured and then suspended.....anyways, surely that mistake won't be made again. JOC (James O'Connor)...

    FORCE v REBELS R8 2013

i can completely relate. i've only had access to quality rugby for 4 years with the past three giving me live super rugby. as long as every game isn't a blowout, i'm pretty happy to watch JOC (James O'Connor), Carter, etc etc play live. that said, i'd be happier if the rebels won more! it's tough being a rugby...
