Wallabies v England in Melbourne, 18 June

Hmmmm, how was that not a penalty? The English player flopped over the ruck and held onto the ball.

I'd keep Kerevi on and take off Kuridrani, but Kerevi off for Lilo.

Looks ok, we stop free play for that?

McMahon needed to kick that one again, but got an unlucky bounce. We've had a poor start with a few errors, lucky England has done the same.

It was a long time, I didn't hear Joubers call it over, but you'd assume he must have.

And it's a knock on to end it after all that. Shame the penalty advantage had ended.

Better pass from Kerevi that time and we might have been in. Crazy one handed pass, guess that's his bad side.

Some magic hands from Horne (?) then Kerevi.

Better scum, we were set well after the first push and then it just folded. Amusing call from Joubers, bad read on the time from the English halfback.

Great defence from Brown though to stay patient off Kerevi and switch to Fardy. Nice play from Kerevi, lovely to see him with some space.

They get two warnings to use it, and refs don't warn for sideways: only back ot stationary.

Nice, patient rolling maul. Had the body height so it was a matter of time. Actually impressive that England held out for so long despite being worse set.

Brown a little lucky there, gave away a couple of penalties in close succession for slowing the ball down 1m from the line.

Cole just rolling his shoulder in every scrum. No doubt it'll continue until he's warned.

What happened to the neck roll being a yellow?

Those were the rules in the NRC last year, it happened on a few occasions.

Didn't they change the laws a few years ago so that you had the enter through the gate of a tackle regardless if it was a ruck or not? (Unless you were the tackler.)

Disagree strongly. Wallabies attack was easily better, but they had us at the set piece, and we gave away way too many penalties. Some just dumb.

I hate any SH side losing to a NH side. I hate the Wallabies losing. Most of all I hate losing to England. What hurt the most is that England were the better team. And what a player that Itoje is going to be (and already is).

Bit of hypocrisy there Slim, jumping to Sio's defence but free to dish it out to others? Overall, I thought that Kerevi had a better game than Sio, despite his part of that first English try. That ball was always a low percentage play, hard to criticise a player dropping that at 79 minutes...
