    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

not that I would ever watch free to air, but out of curiosity how do you watch FTA via foxtel?? I get ABC and SBS, but that is it. You mean you somehow get the other channels too?

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

rugger, I think he was saying the exact opposite.

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

'code the game', never heard that expression before. Presumably it means something similar to cricket, logging balls, wides, scores etc etc? I can see the attraction actually. But we need to keep the scrums, yet I can also see it being a positive step to call time out for them, they are then...

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

well that's quite my point TOCC, so the response to the question 'is he any good?' that 'he is the best league prop around' has no real meaning or use as an answer, not give a current insight whether he'd make it in union. Do ANY of the league 'skills' in the forwards translate automatically...

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

best league prop? sounds a bit of an oxymoron. If he was a great prop whilst in union, then fairy enough. I mean prop has no meaning when used in league.

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

is he actually 'that good'? never watch the game so would not know. Surely there has to be more than only 'played as a junior'

    Sharks v Tahs, round 7 2014

two ways to take it tho. the ref simply took the touchies comments (shove??) and so YC'd him. No way in hell it could be called a shove. But, we had already had BdP 'warning' the ref 'we won't take it any more' (think the response was 'well don't take things into your own hand' or similar)...

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

or maybe still allow the team to keep it at the back 'for as long as they want' BUT if later, for any reason, the scrum collapses or an infringement occurs you lose the ball. Ie you take that risk on in full knowledge.

    Refereeing decisions

I have recently noticed that the touchie seems to be fair game for a spray, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) last week and maybe conrad smith last night was it?? How come it is not OK to question a ref's decision (let alone abuse them) but the touchie is fair game? Perhaps the refs don't hear it during the game, but at...

    Worst Commentator Pole Action

BH, for me maloney has already reached the limit. Boyish enthusiasm quickly pales when nothing much more lies underneath. Stick to his cameo (and fun, be a clown then) with his video picks. The thing about clarke is his incessant need for useless statistics, rattles them off at every...

    Worst Commentator Pole Action

worst commentator pole action? Hmm, do they slide up and down the pole sensuously with or without their clobber? To be frank, a competition that I'd move heaven and hell to remove myself as a judge from.

    Wallaby Watch 2014

well let's not forget that he has done the hard yards with a team that has struggled for years. That's gotta take it out of you somehow. I'd be surly too probably. maybe with their recent successes he'll cheer up a bit and put a smile on his dial?:)
