    Wallabies 2024

Yet they lost to that Brian Ashton’s retirement home England team What are you going to do for a hobby if the Wallabies actually get good again?

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

They were decent. But we still lost a ton of games with them playing, they were hardly world beaters. The way we talk about old players you’d think we would have actually been good for the last 10 years Frost has more talent than both, Salakaia-Loto, Williams, Swain, Canham etc all good players...

    Wallabies 2024

Didn’t they lose a Quarter Final to a woeful England team in that Jersey?

    Wallabies 2024

I don't think our locks are too bad at all, they all just lack experience

And if Uru struggles, is it Dylan Pietch time at 7? Or maybe Richie Arnold?

It's one game. Look at what South Africa did to NZ at Twickenham last year

I don't think Tizzano did that bad, and if he got to play Wales and Georgia he would have looked pretty good too. Our players always seem to be better when they don't play for some reason I disagree around the same result. Tactics can be improved, execution certainly can be improved and another...

It's one loss against the best team in the world, surely Schmidt deserves a bit more time before we start the panic selections

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

The issue was getting over the gain line, no team is going to do well at the breakdown if they cant penetrate the line Genuinely curious what makes you believe Uru could handle the immense work rate required by a 7? This just feels like what you would do in a videogame

Because he's never played 7 before, it's not fair on him and I fail to see what it would add. South Africa's backrow is well balanced with genuine roles for all 3, whereas you're just gonna throw a lock/blindside out there with no plan

I'm not expecting him to solve anything, that's my point

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

I couldn't believe my ears listening to this clown. Literally just 100% worthless wanna-be coach rugby jargon Whoever brought the nonsensical term "learnings" into the game needs a good boot up the ass

    Wallabies 2024

It’s an 8 man deal when the whole scrum goes back to a 2nd shove, it’s not an 8 man deal when the right head gets popped instantly every time Mike Cron ain’t fixing anything, dudes a myth. His invention of the loose bind was one of the most counter productive things in rugby

    Wallabies 2024

This isn’t true. The tight head anchors the scrum, the loose head is there to put pressure on the opposition scrum, which becomes quite a lot harder when your right side gets pulled back due to poor right head play

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

I honestly thought Tizzano was pretty good all things considered. The tight 5 were completely overrun so I doubt even Pocock could have had much luck over the ball. He toiled well and will be better for the experience. Playing Uru at 7 would do him a disservice much like Hooper last year We are...

    All Blacks Non-Bledisloe Matches 2024

It's not though. NZ has genuine big number 8's in Sotutu, Iose etc but persist with picking Ardie Savea there. And they have a big 6 in Finau that just needs time and they replace him with an undersized player in Blackadder. Add in Cane & Jacobson and it's the smallest loose forward group ive...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

    Personally I'd go with: 1. Kailea 2. Pollard 3. Nonggorr 4. Blyth 5. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) 6. Valetini 7. Reimer 8. Wilson 9. Gordon (c) 10. Lynagh 11. Koroibete 12. Paisami 13. Ikitau 14. Toole 15. Kellaway 16. Faessler 17. Bell 18. AAA (unless Tupou avaliable) 19. Hooper 20. Uru 21. McDermott 22. Lolesio 23...

    Australian Rugby / RA

I wouldn't even say it's growing there. Maybe in the pacific communities in Sydney & Auckland, but they aren't interested in it in the islands themselves
