    Agree with all the comments but i assume that there is some sort of plan for him. I cant see the NZRU wanting to waste a Blues roster spot on him if there's not some scheme to see him in some sort of black jersey.

    Messam leading the haka in a test. I suspect that would be quite a sight. Wouldn't want to be an opposition player for the first 20 after that.

    I've only really watched the brumbies for the last two games. Based on that small sample set i'd not be looking at white for higher honours any time soon. Maybe as the backup to the backup on the end of year tour.

    I thought that it was actually a plan not to kick for the goal and just stay camped in the brumbies 22. I think that the failing was not to stick to it. Not sure that it would have been my approach though..

    A couple of months training at the feet of Sir Gordon will decide if Benji is up to 7's.
