Rebels v Waratahs 2015 Super Rugby Rd 2

It worries me too, but apparently concussions don't necessarily work like that. Some people will be fine after a week, some will still be feeling symptoms for months after. I trust the medical staff. Betham is miles better than Naiyaravoro, I'm glad he's not starting.

    Rebels 2015

The ground announcers we've had in the past have ranged from average to diabolical. The crowd gets things going by themselves. Being told over the speakers to 'make some noise,' just makes me shut up out of principle. Same with pumping the 'Rebelsss' chant out. Less is more this year please...

    Crusaders v Rebels Friday 13th

Who are you talking about? Everyone's getting around them. I'm fucking pumped.

    Crusaders v Rebels Friday 13th

Scrum wilted when McMahon went off. I wouldn't change it, at least for next week. I don't rate Neville and Timani should be rewarded for that effort. Interesting to follow for the season though.

    Crusaders v Rebels Friday 13th

Mea culpa mea culpa! At least until next week. Lopeti MotM for me. Didn't think he had it in him. First win overseas. I'm so very, very, hope.

    Crusaders v Rebels Friday 13th

He turned against him after the Force game in Rd. 2. Having ditched Jones for Neville for no apparent reason, Neville then turned in a performance so abject that he was dragged after 20 minutes. Takes a while to earn trust back after that.

    Crusaders v Rebels Friday 13th

Neville is deeply average, although I am surprised to see Timani getting the nod. It's a very small pack, although industrious and hard-hitting. Debreczeni was awful last year at fullback, looks much more comfortable at flyhalf although this is obviously a huge step up. I have little to no...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

You forgot massively flaky. He'll have a blindingly good five minutes and then you won't see him for the next 60.

    Reds 2015

Plenty of smaller ones too. Andre Ellington, Tavon Austin, Gio Bernard, Shady McMcoy, Darren Sproles, Chris Johnson... JOC (James O'Connor) wouldn't look out of place in that crowd. The most obvious spot for him would seem to be a slot receiver and kick/punt returner though. Maybe even free safety, he'd be...

    Rebels 2015

I don't get it? Sounds like a kid who got into great shape playing junior footy, discovered rugby and decided he likes it. What does the AFL have to with it?

    England v Australia

In the games I saw Mogg was barely up to it in the NRC. You can't honestly think he's a chance to unseat Folau.

Thomas Davis. Three in three years. That was NFL though, and the Americans are even less interested in testing for doping than we are.

How do you coach scrum improvement?

Static lifts like the deadlift wouldn't translate especially well to game-strength I'd have thought. Would be much more interested to see what they could power clean. We've got too many guys who can't convert speed into power.

    JOC (James O'Connor) Gooonne

Ahahaha FFS. He's the absolute worst, but also the best.

    Rebels 2015

He's 22. Outrageous that he's leaving. Must have felt he wasn't wanted in gold.
  16. Dumbledore

    Ireland v Australia

Apparently he did. Add that to his otherwise towering contribution.
  17. Dumbledore

    Ireland v Australia

Did he? There you go then. Like I said, a handful of salt. Be interested to see what ForceFan has to say.
  18. Dumbledore

    Ireland v Australia

Jones worked hard after getting caught out early. As ever, should be taken with the usual handful of salt, but through 52 minutes his rough statline looks something like: 10 tackles, none missed, 7 runs for 21m, 7 rucks hit, 2 lineout wins and 3 penalties conceded. By comparison Schatz in his...

    Ireland v Australia

They're not really looking any better or any worse though. That 15-20 minutes when we came back from 17-zip down was every bit as good, if not better, than anything we saw from a McKenzie coached Wallaby side. Lots to work on, but you can see the blueprint for what Cheika is trying to achieve.

    They really haven't.
