Watching Rugby HQ last night, I was just a little bit excited to see that JOC (James O'Connor) was working on kicking drills with one Mr J Wilkinson. He's always worked hard off the field and it was good to see that hasn't changed.

I did think Willie G would have been on the bench! He went on a holiday with the Wallabies so surely he can't be injured?

Was a great day out as usual. That's the fourth year we've been down, this year did the family thing and got dressed up with the kids and even dragged the Mother in Law down!! Got to meet Liam Gill & won an Aussie 7's jersey. Did notice there was no advertising on the billboards on the way...

That would be a pity as it looked like he was coming along nicely, didn't like to see him leave in the first place either, but guess he has a family to look after now. Good for Samoa though.

It wasn't major, but after the Shorks game he had "sore" hammies and was sent home so missed the Lions game. Can't remember if he missed more?

I like that "Timeshare". I do think that CFS was better this year with re to injuries. His Shoulder injury at the end of the year was unlucky. If my memory serves he only missed two games due to his hammy's which is what has mainly troubled him in the past. As he gets older his body should...

I believe they're due back mid Sept and will start in the NRC to get some match fitness. Saw Quade on Thursday at Ballymore and he looked fine so hopefully not too far away.

Does anyone know how Quade & Will are tracking with their injuries? I thought they would have been back by now? Saw Quade at Ballymore on Wed and he looked fit ready to go but haven't heard any news..
