    The Israel Folau saga

Maybe they’re leading the way. It’s about time people were held to account for the shite they post on social media. When it contravenes the code of conduct within their employment contract, even more so.

    The Israel Folau saga

I hope not. My hope is that the wallabies learn to not rely on one player like they have done since he came to union.

But he won’t delete them, and he won’t shut up because he deems it as his right to have the opinions that he has and to voice them. And there in lies the problem doesn’t it.

Then you didn’t miss the point of my post. Sorry, didn’t have my sarcasm font on.

They haven’t refused anything, but y’know they’re entitled to their opinion.

Except that his own Waratahs team mates have been vocal that they don’t want him in the team.

Rd 11: Brumbies v Jaguares, Buenos Aires, 28 April 7:40am AEST

I prefer to talk about the game on Twitter, and many others use other social media platforms. Unfortunately the threads just go over the same old things week in, week out.

Happy to see Powell back on. His box kicks are usually less shit than Lucas.

    The Israel Folau saga

Pretty sure that if the teenager was in a confused headspace, which is highly likely, comments such as Folau’s could be pretty damaging actually. Have a listen to the Rugby Ruckus podcast from the weekend, where they were talking to someone that struggled to come out in as gay in the rugby...

    The Israel Folau saga

He’s broken conditions of his new and lucrative contract, he has to go. Sponsors almost walked the last time. Poey’s environmental stance hasn’t done similar, in fact he gained sponsorship because of it. I’m all for freedom of speech but he can damn well reap the consequences of expressing it.

^^^ It doesn’t, but his lack of form does concern me.

Oh that’s right. Didn’t get carded but should have been for one of his trademark late hits

Maybe not in a final. Remind me again who copped the cards in the Tahs v Brumbies game.

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

Actually we don’t, he was carded in the final of the 2015 RWC. I for one would be glad not to see that kind of ill discipline repeated.

    Round 5, Sunwolves v Reds, 16/3 @ Tokyo

    Nonetheless it’s his opinion.

    Round 5 - Brumbies vs Waratahs - Friday 15 March @ 7:45pm in Canberra

Tahs were kept in it by Jackson’s ineptness. Brum’s much improved defence nullified the Tahs attack, however Tah’s put on some very heavy hits as well. Generally the bad handling was caused by the player getting the bejeezus smacked out of them.
