    Australia v South Africa - Perth - 6 September 2014

What is annoying (to me) is that the challengers gets two home games. It should be two home games to the holders each year, and one to the challenger. Not switched each year. Or one game each, meaning the challenger must win away and home.

Pay players based on usefulness. Hard-ass skilled forwards are the most useful players in a rugby game. Therefore, outside of Folau and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)..... Moore, Hooper and Slipper need to be the top paid players in the side (leaving aside the fact the captain gets more) Inconsistent x-factor...

Alternative viewpoint. I think the gap between Aussie and NZ has widened since last year, and I think there is good chance it might widen further. The one holy, unquestioned assumption about England was that they were now very close to the ABs. Bollocks. We smacked them in the end. They left...

Questions for Bok fans. What is Meyer's vision for the development of the Boks? Is he bringing all these oldies with a view to playing them in the World Cup next year? By the WC, Matfiled will be 38, Bakkies will be 36.Juan Smith played one game but will not be dropped from the squad if...

You need (a lot) more mongrel in the locks, even if you sacrifice a bit of skill to get it. Why the hell is Kane Douglas not picked in the French series? Was it indicated, before he chose to go to Leinster, that he wouldn't make it? What is wrong with his game?

    2nd Bledisloe: 3-2-1s.

Hooper was your best. Nickname is Lurch. I wonder why.

Very happy with the emergence of Dane Coles. He was superb, and was also excellent in the England series. Ryan Crotty looks to have made the step up to international class. I would swap Jane for Piutau, and maybe have Tuipolotu on the bench (when fit) ahead of Luatua. Looking forward to...

It is in reply to a GAGR poster absolutely laying into Hansen a few pages back. The picture is unbearable - I agree.

The missed high shot makes up for Nick White not being in the bin from the penalty try and the other 2 times he could have been binned.
