Newington are really good this year. Still going under the radar to some extent I feel.

Could be potentially beneficial for Waves in the long run.

Are these as a result of injury?

Gregs are stronger than they usually are this year.

If you really think the GPS is just a collection of the most superior schools in Sydney anymore boy do I have news for you... It is not as prestigious as it once was.

Yes. He's FANTASTIC. Incredible. I love him. One of our only bright spots... But Barker had that bloke in the doldrums. He barely broke a tackle. Joeys weren't beating Barker.

Joker. Tradition isn't everything. It can change. Just cause it used to be the right way to do things, doesn't mean it will always be the right way. I'm sure I don't need to make some analogy or argument for you and I to agree there. The issue is... GPS Schools know longer have "similar...

    ISA 2023

The problem with it is sometimes whilst a lower tiers schools 1st team may get a good matchup against a schools 2's team, it may screw around another school. For example, I remember in 2019, Shore 1's played Barker 1's, Aloys played Shores 2's, and Barker 2's got stuck playing against Shore 3's...

My original, rationale for Joeys having a really good season was based on their depth, considering such a long 10 game competitive season. Perhaps I was wrong? Not that this is a definitive opinion.

Think Newington have been overlooked personally. Very strong 16a's last year.

Any Waves fans know how that game went?

Knox beat Joeys 33-34. Seems like not everyone can handle the "sandbox."

This is especially funny when you remember there are now 5 boys I believe from that years Waverley team (Levi Milford, Sea Aholei, Fritz Janke-Tavana, Miles whatever his last name is and Ron Volkman) are all now playing professional footy or on the cusp of doing so... The Aloys boys are probably...

I think what we really need is even more discussion about it. We haven't had enough yet!

I believe they only had 4 in 2020. Chaplain's XV was 4ths that year, instead of being 5ths or 6th as it is usually. Could be wrong. Still, coming from a GPS school to Barker, what I can tell you is that rugby culture is almost non-existent. However, this is the case with all sport at Barker. It...

Any idea of how strong Scots College is Rod?

This year yes. Other years no.

Any school who struggles to field 4 opens teams has struggling rugby culture... Coming from someone who attended a GPS school it really isn't comparable.

Darling has been solid at Gordon too.
