    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

Thought 20 mins of Skelton in the back end of the match would have given us some much needed go forward, and at least a platform to get a kick away safely. One of Skelton's best skills is his ability to take on contact and lay a long deep ball for the half back out of harms way. The lack of...

    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

Why didn't the broadcaster show another angle of the controversial play? It was a pivotal moment in the game, and fans deserve better. We're spending time talking about box kicks and not this?

    Ewen McKenzie Resignation

Please don't think that a kicking game is the answer to Australia's rugby fortunes and that Jake is the saviour. Jake had To'omua at the Brumbies. If To'omua is shaky, what is Mogg? Did Jake develop Nic White's box kicking? I don't want Folau to kick the ball unless it's out on the full at full...

Dean's issues started internally. He reported to Nucifora who not only appointed Dean's assistants but also coveted his Wallaby coaching job. What an unhealthy climate, when your boss is setting you up for failure and wants your job too.

Spot on QH, Pulver is "The Fan". Pulver needs a respected person between himself and the Wallaby coach. Just because O'Neill placed Nucifora into that role between himself and Deans, doesn't mean it was the wrong structure. It was just the wrong person in Nucifora.

The challenge as coach, is to be able to get the best out of gifted but often egotistical athletes, while maintaining team harmony and delivering results. It's not unique in world sport. Football coaches like Alex Ferguson and NBA coaches such as Phil Jackson have to deal with tougher challenges...

Sorry but I have no idea of what you are relating back to my comments here.

We'll never get the real story now. Just as the ARU declared that they would issue no further comment on Patston's employment history because she was no longer an employee of theirs, they will do exactly the same with anything relating to McKenzie.

No disagree. The coach we need right now is the coach who absolutely wants to take the job on in these poor circumstances.

An Open Letter to Fans and Critics of the National Rugby Championship

The ARC was culled because the ARU decided it couldn't afford to continue funding it. The NRC is different. How long before the NRC clubs decide that they can't afford to continue funding it?

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

It will undoubtedly be tough for Hayne to crack it in NFL. Michael Jordan struggled to crack baseball but he was 31 yrs old when he tried and not at his athletic peak like Hayne is now. Mike Pyke successfully transitioned from rugby to AFL with the Swans at 25 yrs of age. Let's for a moment...

Leadership skills are both natural and learned. Not sure what the Wallabies currently do to develop and succession plan for leadership but the Kiwi's treat leadership development with the importance it deserves. The NZRU consistently develops leadership candidates at the national and provincial...

    Wallaby Captaincy

I hear you but this practice of a national captain not captaining their province is fairly widespread now in rugby. It's happened with O'Driscoll, McCaw and Gregan at different stages.
