Super Rugby AU Qualifying Final Brumbies v Force

That's really harsh. It's good that cracking down on head contact is happening, but that's a brutal call :(

Super Rugby AU Qualifying Final Brumbies v Force

I don't think I ever blamed it on luck, more a one dimensional, U12's level gameplan that Eddie Jones figured out 4 minutes into their strategy review and just rolled out each time. Won several hundred $ on the quarter final by predicting the scoreline - I just averaged the scorelines out from...

Super Rugby Rd 10 Waratahs v Rebels

Yeah loved that bit - bit of reading between the lines but young often men make stupid decisions if they're not focused/have no sense of responsibilty. Sounded a lot like he's found both again, and his form seems to mirror that.

Super Rugby Rd 10 Waratahs v Rebels

Going out on a limb and guessing he meant - 12. Paisami (if the whiplash didn't sever the C3-C4 parts of his spine) 13. Perese I'm good with that - Paisami is 12 though. He's our Nonu, we just need to find a Smith to complement him.

Super Rugby Rd 10 Waratahs v Rebels

That bugler needs to pick his beat/cadence. Impressed he somehow squeezed an 'a' out of a bugle though, demonstrates some powerful embouchure and breath control, even if his jazz instincts took over for a second. I shouldn't judge, i've done a far worse job once :(

SRAU RD 10 - Force v Reds Friday 23rd April HBF Park

Muahahaha......awesome! That whole game changed with TK cutting Paisami into 5 pieces.

SRAU RD 10 - Force v Reds Friday 23rd April HBF Park

I've been hit once so hard the whiplash actually gave me concussion, I think that's what just happened to Paisami.

SRAU RD 10 - Force v Reds Friday 23rd April HBF Park

Wow......the K train with a point to prove. Ouch...............

    Wallabies 2021

At this point I really cant see why To'omua is getting a shot? Not sure what the problem is, he's still solid on defence but when the ball is in his hands... i dont think even his teammates have any clue where it's going. That might give us a fluke try because the opposition have no idea either...

The current issue with Stan's coverage in bars/pubs....

Is there some commercial rate that Stan charges, like Fox did, that costs more than $20 a month? If not, how hard could it be to subscribe, and cast from a laptop to any of the TV's in the bar?

The current issue with Stan's coverage in bars/pubs....

I think we can agree its been a resounding success so far with Stan - i've been blown away by their coverage and the available viewing content they've secured so far. The one big hole in the shift from Faux though, is rugby missing from TV screens in pubs and bars across the country. What's...

Super Rugby RD 9 Rebels v Brumbies

The scrum is a concern, as is closing out games, doesn't bode well for the final. I do wonder though, why the fuck does anyone run anywhere near Valetini without making it really obvious you passed it 2+ phases ago?

    Wallabies 2021

I can take (I welcome them, that's how progress is made) well argued retorts any day of the week, but you were exceptionally lazy with that critique, and resorting to provincial bias is not a strong foundation for Tahs fans to be building on right now. :)

    Wallabies 2021

That was aimed at Whaaambers, not you. MK is the first outside back picked in my team.

    Wallabies 2021

Nah nah nah, Rennie has a broader perspective than the average Ponies fan. Ramm and Maddocks are the obvious options. (Sorry to those two, they're legit great players but couldn't remember any other outside backs at the Tahs to use as bait)

    Wallabies 2021

I'm a little torn atm - on one hand i want established centre pairings at Super Rugby level to then kick on to test, much like Nonu and Smith did for so long. Eg Simone/Ikitau and Paisami/Petaia. On the other hand, we have 3 shit hot options who all seem to want to play 13, which is also not bad as...

    SRAU RD 8 - Reds v Brumbies

I'd not have him in my test squad atm. His whole vibe is of someone who just isn't in the zone. All the talent, but if his mind isn't on the job, that means nothing.

    SRAU RD 8 - Reds v Brumbies

FWIW - i'd have paid Hegarty's try, every day of the week. Smashing someone in the tackle and dislodging the ball, is just a good tackle. I'd be fuming if I were a Reds fan, that should have been a try.

    Wallabies 2021

TBF, he seems to me like one of those blokes that is the glue in the side. Doesn't do too much that makes the highlight reels, but what he does allows everyone else around him to shine. For me, i rate that. He legit struggled for a year or two to feel confident at Super Rugby level, but was given the...

    Wallabies 2021

Rennie seems to think he's worth selecting in the squad, two seasons in a row, and he's been a stalwart of the Brumbies backline. He's big, fast, has a great pass of both hands, kicks very well and rarely misses a tackle. He took a few seasons to get up to speed at Super Rugby level but now looks...
