Well they specifically mentioned players not considered because of injury - which Shea is not listed. Will Eadie’s last eligible year in Colts was in 2017. I believe he turns 20 this year.

Astonished Shea Lalagavesi did not get a look in. By my records he was top try scorer in the comp.
