    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Anderson and McMahon aside 7s hasn't been a happy hunting ground for us: lots of injury issues from the boys we've brought through. I'm still not too worried about back 3 even with Pincus's horrible history and Darby and concussions. G Vaihu seemed to have a very good QPR season, Dauganu is a...

Can you name a few for us?

    Wallabies 2023

Presuming the same injuries across Australian Rugby occurs, the Rennie team maybe looks like: Kellaway, Nawaqanitawase, Ikitau, Kerevi, Koroibete, Cooper/Foley, White Bell, Porecki, Talakai/HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes), Frost, Neville, Holloway, M Hooper, Valetini L Lonergan, Slipper, HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes)/Talakai, Skelton, Samu, R...

Any details on injuries or train ons performing well? Not the kind of game you get much more out of.

My bad, Lebron Naea, not Vaea, PEBKAC issues.

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

The Playing group which would still be over here would be, at my guess: Mafi, Rangi, Dobbins Eloff, Gibbo, Aedo Kailea Tualima (inj?), Smith, Maiava, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) (inj?) Hough, Talataina, Wilkin (inj) Louwrens, Maunder Strachan, M Gordon, Jooste Ripley, Proctor, D. Vaihu, Feliuai, Vaea, Ili (Still...

Double pool stages are simply awful. I don't want a 16 team World Cup, but I think I'd prefer that over any qualifier stage immediately preceding any World Cup. The real issue is probably that long term, RWC qualification needs to be looked at in general. 12 (maybe 13 depending on host...

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

What indication has there been that it would be Sio rather than Talakai or HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) who are both over there with the Barbarians?

That's the stupidest part of any Cricket World Cup. Cricket World Cups are always compromised because the goal is always to ensure India plays a minimum of 7 games, if not 8-10.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

Leota is a great option to have as the 2nd "lock reserve" on a 6-2 split. I still don't understand his selection over Philip last weekend for the 5-3.

The cover concern is when you lose Petaia. He's the only noted player of versatility in that backline (putting aside Donaldson as the other 10 option). Losing Petaia AND Kerevi/Donaldson/Gordon (literally what happened against Georgia, not unlikely with Petaia's career injury history and...

    Wallabies 2023

I liked what Donaldson brought. It's still worthy of being worried given he wasn't tested too much aerially but he what he brought to the team certainly helped provide options for other players and kept the scoreboard ticking with his kicks. I think Kells in the 23 Jersey makes a little more...

    League Targets

The question probably becomes where is that money coming from. There has been repeated (but unsourced) suggestion here, reddit, the website formerly known as twitter etc. that this isn't a pot of RAs money, but sourced from companies and individuals who're interested in directly invested in...

Send him down this way, couldn't be worse than any of our other 12 options.

RWC23- Pool D - Eng, Jap, Arg, Sam, Chile

I'm gonna be blunt, I loved watching it. Seeing an extremely high quality set of players commit to a Scotland under Andy Johnson/Dan Parks playstyle was hilarious. At least we had the excuse of a very painfully average set of outside backs. I adore Borthers England.

I'm continually astounded by our player turnover. Nearly 200 players in 13 seasons. Don't think the Brumbies have cracked 300 in 28.

Be interesting to see who's in and around the mark, get some indication of any train ons likely to head to the land of the rising sun with us.
