    Wallabies 2024

He’s the highest paid player in the country and couldn’t last more than 20 minutes of a super rugby game and asked to be taken off after 35 minutes of a test match He’s a disgrace, clearly doesn’t take his training seriously and you seem to act as if that acceptable from a pro athlete. Soccer...

    Wallabies 2024

    1) These are the same comps that all the worlds best players play in though 2) That’s my point. We have the talent but we don’t train them hard enough. Taniela Tupou treats rugby season like a holiday

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

Our fitness certainly isn’t good enough. Our highest paid player can only last 35 minutes

    Wallabies 2024

Then why are tons of Australian players succeeding around the world? We clearly have the talent, otherwise top clubs from around the world wouldn't continuously poach our players. It must have more to do with lack of preparation and poor training methods for professionals here

    Australian Rugby / RA

It all just feel like a little pat on the head from NZ while they bugger off to South Africa and we are forced to play in the Pacific nations cup

    Wallabies 2024

True, my point is more of an overall one. Would be nice for a change to have someone come in and look the part straight away instead of needing to always give players excuses
  7. Tomthumb

    Wallabies 2024

No, but we don't have to make excuses simply because he happened to play for your Super Team either The question we should be asking is why cant any of these guys just step up when given the chance

    Wallabies 2024

It always seems to be the same story with players Excuses why they sucked when they played for the Wallabies, and then pointing out they were in their best form when either leaving or having left Australia

    Western Force 2025

Problem is you had old Boffin Dan Herbert going on podcasts talking about how players would be moved around for the betterment of Australian Rugby If these guys want to talk the big game, back it up

    Wallabies 2024

I still have nightmares from his debut. Everyone's a world beater when we don't pick them I guess

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

It was remarkable as he managed to miss 3 tackles in 5 minutes

    Australian Rugby / RA

Maybe, but I don't think waiting at the kiddies table for NZ to throw us a bone is the change we need

It's not about being unfair, it's about continuing to show fans Super Rugby doesn't matter while trying to monetize it. It's moronic

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

That team had Eales, Gregan, Larkham, Burke, Roff And that team also beat South Africa during the same Tri Nations in 1997 too

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

They quit in the last 10 minutes and that's what shits me the most. Inexperience isn't an excuse for that as far as I'm concerned, and people nonchalance toward it isn't good. We have been chocolate soldiers vs NZ for years, but that's the first time I've seen it against anyone else Once you...

    Wallabies 2024

It's an outdated system, and it isn't fit for purpose with the playing group we have Lord Bucket Hat either needs to change his spots or we need a defensive coach from this century

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

I could be wrong, but weren't both teams playing in the same conditions? If a bit of sunshine is an excuse for shipping 67 points we might as well just toss the sport in the bin
  18. Tomthumb

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

Argentina didn't show up for the first 30 lets be honest. As soon as they decided to play rugby the Wallabies fell into the fetal position We should be up in arms over the gutless finish to the game, instead we are trying to act as if it's in any way normal to concede 4 tries in 10 minutes to...

The discussion was to have it at the end of a super round in Perth

Argentina v Australia TRC Round 4 Sunday 8 September 5am (AEST)

Not even mediocrity. We just gave up 67 points to Argentina and we are talking about "small positives" At least when Eddie was here there was genuine anger to piss poor performances
