Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

Some interesting insights into lock play and Retallick.

Bledisloe #1 - AUS v NZL, ANZ Stadium, Sydney, August 8th

I think Michael Hooper's loss of control adn smacking the Argentine player in the side of the head vindicates the selection of Moore as captain. (and also Pocock is better)

Boks have more improvement in them with Vermuelen, Coetze and some better leadership from either De Villiers or Matfield. Their physicality at the breakdown is far better than either NZ or Aussie.

Just something I noticed. He really didn't seem to like him, constantly making subtle jabs pre and post game. Honest, sir.

Good to see this happens. Hansen appears to like Meyer a hell of a lot more than he did McKenzie http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/rugby/all-blacks/70507491/steve-hansen-vs-heyneke-meyer-its-mate-against-mate

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

A scary insight into the present-day mentality of certain South African rugby supporters. Fuck-a-duck.

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

He has the exceptionally annoying habit of getting in verbals or a petty pushing match in virtually every test match I have seen him in (though that isn't a lot) And that smug ("I'm not angry but actually I am" grin), what a tosser. Unfortunately, he is also a very good player getting better.

You could start the critique by first learning how to spell his name :) SA fucked that up in my view. Subbing of their dominant front row was a big mistake.

All Blacks v Argentina, 17th July, 2015, AMI stadium, Christchurch

Agreed. Mauls just seem like a low risk high probability chance of scoring. Some help needs to be given to the defensive side. I would allow pulling it down within the 10m line.

Clearly Hansen and co. rate Dagg. But I assume, at some point, his luck runs out. Ben Smith is a much better FB, and now with more options on the right wing - Naholo, NMS and Piutau, I think we can do better.

Carter is a certainty to be the starting 10. Not being given an opportunity or last chance. Dagg is in trouble if he doesn't play well.

Might have something to do with his not so great game against the Highlanders.
