    Waratahs 2014

We may have been neglected in Wagga and now work as a feeder for the ACT but there's plenty of us here who will only ever support the Waratahs and only ever want to play for the Waratahs. The Brumbies can get fucked! Respectfully, A local. edit: Nothing against the Brumbies; The Reds, Rebels...

    JOC (James O'Connor) Gooonne

How long until JOC (James O'Connor) makes the headlines again for the wrong reason? I'm giving it 2 months tops.

    Nicknames of Australian Rugby players

I don't know how you left off Bumtatt for Drew Mitchell

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

You still won't be able to collapse a maul, but what it ensures is that the initial collision is one where the defender attempts to either tackle the player, or drive them backwards, rather than trying to hold them up. Maul's will still occur although it would prevent people trying to hold a...

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

A maul results in a turnover only if the maul is retreating, effectively making a maul more like an unsuccessful tackle. It removes confusion for spectators and players, ensuring that as an attacker you try to keep on your feet and as a defender you try to bring them to the ground, not this...

    2013 EOYT

I'm guessing Harris got picked over Horne for his kicking but he's the next best 12 going around, would have liked to have seen him in the squad.

Agree with you on that one Hawko, unfortunately I also think that him going overseas will likely lead to more off-field incidents.

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

What could have devolved rapidly into a shit-slinging argument has turned into a interesting discussion on tactics used in both codes and variations within each code. Well done everyone.

    Fantasy Super rugby 2013

My decision to get drunk rather than pick a team on the last week hurt me (predominately my liver). Also, I feel that the wildcard isn't needed in TRC, the one in Super Rugby makes sense but I think they should scrap it next year.

    JOC (James O'Connor) Gooonne

Didn't a Hooker of theirs just get suspended for 20 weeks for abusing an official? Sounds like JOC (James O'Connor) will fit in nicely.

    Fantasy Super rugby 2013

I think we all had shockers last week. I went from #10 in Australia down to #30.

    Waratahs 2014

Just got an email from the tahs with a link to sign up for memberships for next year, talks about all the exiting new packages and sends me here https://memberships.ticketek.com.au/WaratahsIntegration/Home.aspx which currently (even after 3 refreshes) loads to this: Top use of media as...

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

I think what we need to be looking at is the system rather than individual players. We need to focus more on keeping forwards in the game rather than chasing after talented schoolboy backs.

Rugby League players who could have/could make the switch

I was watching the Roosters Knights game on the weekend and couldn't help but think that there's got to be a bunch of Australian talent floating around Rugby League that could, should any of them have the nous to do so, be converted to a backrower and make the wallabies. Sure they currently...
