I've seen this mentioned a few times now and it confuses me. Wasn't the feedback from Rennie to Noah constantly about needing to play flatter? And now we want him to play deeper?

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

my key observation of our attack/shape is our forward runners were either too close or too wide from the ruck. We were either running it 5m from the ruck where the SA defence was already set OR about 25m from the ruck where the Saffas would make their tackle and then we would be isolated. It...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

For next week the changes i'd make would be ?? the front row - no idea but something needs to change, hopefully Bell is fit, Tupou will be out no doubt LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) out for Blyth or maybe even Hooper in the 2nd row A bigger body at 6 with Valetini and 8 Backline i'd leave the same with perhaps Filipo...

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 10th August 2.30pm AEST @ Suncorp,

Listening to Schmidt's press conference it sounds like Donaldson has some serious work ons. I've also found it interesting some of the commentary of him playing deeper than Noah as if its a good thing, Noah's main criticism from Rennie was that he played too deep and didnt take on the line

    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

The eternal optimist in me says that we have the base in the pack to be competitive if we can get our attack working The wallabies fan in me says this is the peak before the fall in the RC
