    Wallabies 2024

Its been a bit dull without the Hooper/Pocock or Foley/Cooper debates...

Despite my terrible attempt at English I think you still get what I mean. Being injured doesn't suddenly mean you are bad. Bell has put in some of the best LHP performances we've seen in gold in years.

That's like saying Dan Carter wasn't the best fly-half in the world because he was injured...

    Western Force 2025

Its by nature unfair and I don't think there is any easy way to resolve it.

Surely they will review these rules given in about 10 years every international player will be playing out of France or Japan?

My understanding is that you don't really lose many points if you lose to someone significantly higher than you on the table so I doubt we would drop much lower than 10?

Oh yeah forgot about Lilo - legend.

Wasnt the 10 for that team Harrison? His knee exploded.

Putting a positive spin on this: a 1/16 combo of Bell and Kailea packs a serious punch.

    Worst take of the thread.

I disagree - both Foley and Cooper were quite accomplished 10s. Even guys like Barnes had a decent grasp of all the essential skills.

There is a pretty good argument that in modern test rugby kicking is a 10s core role and most important ability. All of the best flyhalves of recent years have been excellent out of hand and dead-ball kickers first and foremost. Farrell, Pollard, Mo'unga, etc. Only one of those names above have...

I dunno if that's a particular strength of Uru. He drops a ball basically every game I watch.

I hope he doesn't get rushed back. We seem to have some able bodies at LHP at the moment so would only want to see him in the side if 100%.

I don't think it will happen but I'd love to see the following back three one time: 11. Koroibete 14. Toole 15. Kellaway/Wright (either works for me) I think Koroibete and Toole best complement a box-kick oriented game plan and actually have some pace left in their legs.

Harsh on Cale but Uru deserving. Not a fan of Jorgo being a Wallaby yet but he looks a long way off making the 23 out of those available. Big fan of seeing Koroibete back.

It didn't work at all for the Rebels when the Force initially folded. They were as terrible as ever. I foresee the Tahs having a similar outcome.

Isnt De Lutiis the next big thing at prop?
