Yes its definitely systemic. We don't have the cash to keep them local and the ability to keep selecting a core group of players is severely limited once one or more of them goes offshore - particularly if they go to France. I wonder if you could continue to offer an RA top-up to incentivise...

Its kinda hard to keep developing them when they leave. We had a decent core of locks with Arnold, Rodda, Coleman and LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) coming through. But for various reasons they all disappeared. Meanwhile SA are still picking the exact same core of locks.

I dunno if bigger bodies is the issue. I thought our packs were almost the same weight - the Boks just win their collisions while we don't.
