Quite a few players from that 20/21 cohort have flown under the radar somewhat. They should start making their mark in Prem grade over this season and next.

They are currently contracted, so I guess they are already a professional rugby players. Whether they have a long and successful career who knows. But from what I've seen of them to date there's others in their respective clubs that should be ahead of them in the pecking order for playing Prems...

Are the clubs at fault for not playing them in 1st Grade given their academy status or is the Academy at fault for contracting them? Neither. The Reds are a professional club who are trying to develop and tie up talent to meet their future needs, they are not a representative team of the best...

If you are correct, I'm not sure how Whiteside, Dobbins and co would feel about playing 2nd Grade intermittently. Greener pastures for them? Norths could do with a bolster. But in all seriousness, it's a fine line between winning titles and hollowing out the club.
