    RWC 2019 Japan vs Samoa

Here comes a card. And a sarcastic clap from the samoan coaching box. Great slide into the ball then pass off the ground by Samoa.

So far the game is delivering. Good pilfers from samoa. Japan look dangerous though. Nanai-williams needs to find his kicking boots fast. Hasnt been striking them very well.

    RWC 2019 Japan vs Samoa

Getting in early here before the game as ive practically shut down watching england v argentina. Im genuinely worried about samoa getting to the end of this game with their full compliment of players on the field. Very excited about this game and hope it wont be a let down.

What happened? Ive moved to watching simpsons reruns. Oh wait just saw it argies try. Lol.

God cant they just do some kind of mercy rule and can this game and move on? When i mean mercy i mean on the spectators who wanted a contest. I want japan v samoa now!

    RWC 2019 England vs Argentina

Crazy idea but i agree. Get people pissed off enough maybe there will be some action. But lets not get ahead of ourselves. Im already frightened about what may come to pass in the japan v samoa game. The other game i was looking forward to today. Imagine if the japanese cop a game changing red...

    RWC 2019 England vs Argentina

Watching the rwc has given me a new appreciation for the referees in my local comp who actually do penalise players for bridging and going off their feet at the ruck. And england get the bonus point and Farrell makes the conversion, the commentators explode - clean up in aisle 4.

    RWC 2019 England vs Argentina

I guess my worry is tackles like the one Farrell copped where his body height was dipping will be judged harsher than what they are. And we'll see lots of people off the field and in contrast see players not get carded when their tackles might have been even worse. Maybe i just want some...

    RWC 2019 England vs Argentina

If it were my choice it would just be a straight swap of player. The disadvantage is losing your starting best player for that position for the rest of the game or late in the game losing a fresher player that just came off the bench which then forces you to put a benched player back on. We...

    RWC 2019 England vs Argentina

This is exactly where im at. I thought the argies would give this a good go. Now the contest is all but rooted. I really believe a red should be a send off all game for the offender but should then be replaced by a someone from the bench to keep a 15 on 15 contest. Its so deflating to get...

    RWC Week 3 matches

    Georgia needed that. Game on.

    RWC Week 3 matches

If Georgia only knew how to consistently pass to the wing when they have a 3 man plus over lap they'd of been over by now. And everytime a head high tackle occurs and the referees are discussing it i cant help but hear the theme to "wheel of fortune" going off in my head.

    RWC Week 3 matches

Bugger. For a while there I thought this could get interesting if the eagles keep it close. But that last french try was the last straw. The french ball handling has let them down a fair bit in this match. Much better from the USA this game. Also, I'd really like to know what that french salute...

Ireland is my second team, due to all the paddy blood in my family. But sweet jesus. They fully deserve that loss. Well done Japan.

Prefer to see replays of what ever happened to that injured USA player than slow mo's of ford.

Turned back cause im keen for the punishment i guess. USA 7 will be missing a few games i guess with that challenge?

Relying on updates online as i cant stanz no more. Cant watch anymore. Working out nfl picks for the weekend. England have picked up playing a bit wider which is nice but its all one way traffic.

RWC Week 2 - thread for matches without a match thread*

I just think england get some sort of sadistic joy out of shutting down the possibility of a game of rugby breaking out. Thats half time: USA: Dogged in defence. Attack has potential just havent had enough ball. Set piece and defence of the maul is killing them. England: just doing whats...

The winger for usa (iosefo) looks like he'd be hard to stop if he gets open space. I'd like to see it happen at least once in this game.
