exactly. The competition is even atm cos the best players are playing super rugby level. When they come back down and all play at one club eg brothers then it wont be even.

hmm i think if you want the best results possible, then you can't limit it to Australian only coaches. Should be whoever is the best for the job. Not just cos they are Australian.
