Good question. To watch all three games in detail (including doing own stats as there is no third party feed), on top of the usual job, family etc, and be able to compare every position for all the games and then settle on a team within 4-5 hours from the first kickoff is very impressive.

What would the two tiers in a CAS/ISA be based on? Is it 1st XV, overall programm, or self selecting. A school like Barker has a good 1st XV, but can't put teams out in the underages.
