  1. The GroundsKeeper

    Waratahs 2025

Yes Kellaway is more experienced at fullback as he played Rebels season at 15 but I think Jorgo has earnt his chance to have the fullback role, he has shown in schoolboy level how dangerous he can be by injecting himself into the backline, especially if the Waratahs has the potential to be as...

    Waratahs 2025

Not too sure how you can't have Hugh Sinclair in that team, he had an outstanding season.

    Waratahs 2025

Look would love to see the Tahs bounce back the way you believe they will but to come from winning the wooden spoon to a GF is unlikely, it will take a year or two to build back up, as well there are lots of other strong teams who have been making some great signings.
  9. The GroundsKeeper

    Waratahs 2025

I think you have summed it up pretty well the Waratahs are going in with a new approach to the future and look to have a fit and energetic forward pack. I also think that if the backline is picked correctly by Dan that it will a very damaging and should look to always be putting on pressure.
  10. The GroundsKeeper

    Waratahs 2025

Are you saying that you would have Max on the bench and then have Kellaway at full back with leaves 14 to Dylan. Yes I do properly agree that Sinclair should be starting but on his day Miles can be damaging for the opposition.
  11. The GroundsKeeper

    Waratahs 2025

Here is my early waratahs prediction for next year assuming everyone is fit and ready 1. Angus Bell 2. Dave Porecki 3. Taniela Tupou 4. Jed Holloway 5 Miles Amatosero 6. Rob Leota 7. Charlie Gamble 8. Langi Gleeson 9. Jake Gordon (C) 10. Tane Edmed (not sure if he will return though he hinted at...
  12. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

Well said but we need to rebuild and that will take some time
  13. The GroundsKeeper

Having no NRC is better how?

Love the idea of this mate, but would there be the possibility of bringing in a country side from both QLD and NSW and making it a six team comp which could have it run for longer and give more players an opportunity to get scouted by Sydney or Brisbane teams because there a lots of good players...
  14. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

I think we have to remember that Joe is building up for the worldcup in 3 years yes wins are good now but he is looking at the long run whihc is trying to bring the web ellis back on aussie soil. I think all games now need to be used as test try different combo's over the next few seasons, as...
  15. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

I do agree with that 5/8 decision that you have made there
  16. The GroundsKeeper

    Waratahs 2025

Although not a tight head prop there is Thomas Stinger as another loosehead
  17. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

I think stay with Gordon he is younger and has proven his worth to the team, but yes agree Donno and Stewart 5/8 and inside would be a good compo that should be tested against ARG
  18. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

    Whats your backline then
  19. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

    might have to
  20. The GroundsKeeper

    Wallabies 2024

100% agree but I think for some time now or really since Larkham, maybe Foley we haven't had a solid 5/8, so I say what's the risk of giving Tommy run in the next few weeks
