For any player though it’s going to be a big call and dent your chances if you go overseas.

Our eyes are here, so if you aren’t an established Test player and you go it will most likely end your chances since most run of the mill pros aren’t being picked up by the very top sides overseas which then makes us want you back in gold even more. Killing it for Zebre ain’t gonna do it.

Having said all that, can we get Lucas into a Wallaby squad please and see how he looks?

oh god - when I see the name Berick Barnes i break out in hives. At the Tahs every single time he got the ball, he'd kick it to the opposition backs who would score. The crowd would boo and pull their hair out, but he'd again drop the pill on his boot for another pointless chip kick.
I swear he was the start of the decline of the tahs support which only recovered in 2013-14.

I wonder whether they will IR him and then put him on the practice squad or whether they cut him with an injury settlement.

Presumably no one will claim him from waivers.
