Quick question.

I've heard Nudgee star player Noah Fien is in form and set out to have a stormer of a season. With this being said, will the best thing to come out of Avoca, Archie Mesritz, be in for a one-to-watch season?
Yep they both sure are. I have been coming down to a few sessions to show the boys how to lead a team to a premiership. They have lots of learning to do but are still boffins when it comes to the 8 other GPS 10s and 15s.

Recent news of Levi Slaters menacing form has been all the talk around the walls of Nudgee. Heard it stems from the performances hes been having with a so called Sommer Griffiths.....

With Fieny being down in the dumps and Slats being on top of his game whats gonna push the side to retain that trophy and pick up 46.

Your absolutely spot on with this assumption Adam,

On one side, you've got Archie Mesritz, who I'm convinced is powered by pure chaos and a disregard for personal safety. He's the guy who'll try to run through a brick wall if he thinks there's a try on the other side, probably leaving a Mesritz-shaped hole. He's a human wrecking ball with a rugby ball.

Then, you have Noah Fien, the supposed "yin" to Archie's "yang." Noah seems to operate on a different plane of existence. Where Archie goes for brute force, Noah goes for; well, whatever happens when you accidentally trip over your own feet but somehow still end up breaking the defensive line. Together, you never know what you're gonna get, but it's guaranteed to be entertaining.

I’d like to add another standout player for the NC side. The third stooge - Oliver Patterson. He's not just injury-prone - he's practically a medical case study in human fragility. I swear, the bloke probably gets a hamstring strain from thinking about running. His warm-up probably involves bubble wrap and a team of paramedics on standby.

Three standouts for the NC side come Term 3

In recent news, Nick Connaghan (outside centre) of Nudgee 3rds has experienced a low-grade partial tear in his upper groin/lower abdomen.

Unsure of how long he will sit on the sidelines (looking like 4-6 weeks), but he's a talented kid - needs a chance to display it.

Scrum out, Cher.

Really needed to get the update on that one, very important.

Do better Adam. This forum is footy only we do not need to bring personal life and peoples talking stages.

10. Cooper "Cooey" Brown
11. Adam "Jawline" Davis
12. Luke "Clydesdale" Burrow
13. Petelo "Scorpion" Maka
14. Isiah "Slippery" Wuruki

What do we all think? Could this team go all the way and win the GPS premiership?

Kind Regards,
GPSSCOUT2025
This is solid but this is a more serious TGS side:

1. Harrison Humphreys
2. Ruben Kruger
3. James Tulikaki
4. Craig Thaggard
5. Rupeni Baravilala (C)
6. Ethan Ramsay
7. Keegan Cook
8. Rhymen Tuligai Tusi
9. Sam Elms
10. Cooper Brown
11. Adam Davis
12. Luke Burrow
13. Petelo Maka
14. Isiah Wuruki
15. Myles Rosemond

Bomb Squad:
16. JP Streicher
17. Arch Campbell
18. Charlie Mclean
19. Ben Walker
20. Tom Hiscock
21. Jack Brown
22. Seth Chapman
23. Matthew Johnston

Great mix of size and speed in the forwards, a solid lineout but a very strong scrum which i don’t know if many teams will be able to beat. A solid backline with the defence of Sam Elms and Luke Burrow, the unpredictability and creativity of Myles, Cooper and Petelo and the speed on the edges of AD and Isiah. The bench has a lot of punch to it and I can see Jack Brown getting consistent minutes to bring flair in attack off the bench. Young seth chapman will be one to watch in the 16s comp, one of the most dangerous backs and a good game manager. The versatility of Matty Johnston will be utilised as well as his experience of the GPS competition. A very strong TGS side this year, one that I think could make the 150 dream come alive.
