NSW AAGPS 2025

the big cheese

Frank Row (1)
Gents, I'm new to the forum. I wanted to reiterate that Scots depth isn't something to be complacent about. The 3rd 15 XV had a big win against the boys in Blue and White. As well as their 4ths and 5ths beating kings by big margins as well. Don't doubt the boys in the blue and gold this year.

I can't see Sidwell (E) getting dropped anytime soon, he had the most carries against St Josephs and nearly the most tackles as well, not to mention his importance in their lineouts in both defense and attack. For me the 7 spot is Reardon's at the moment but no doubt under pressure by Frape and Leahy (injured in trials).

Well said.

Frappe has showed some very good work ethic and has showed signs of good carriers. I still think Reardon's (E) spot will remain, especially on the edge.

I think Frape (E) struggled on the edge for a full game however on the weekend, so having him coming off the bench, with a decent amount of minutes should remain which has been completed with success in the trial games.

The AAGPS website is presently undertaking a makeover, and it is not functional. You can still see the results/ladders of the 3 rugby grades by visiting the news section and checking the links in the second news item.

@Rookie21 .....bravo.

I know the enormous effort that goes into these. My strength fails me now and I can no longer wield the sword of words.
I admire the use of terms to define home grounds and students. Personally I am a fan of the "Lovable Lane Cove Loonies"

Great work. I shall retire my previews from hence forth and pass the sword along.
Weild it well.

Yes,

I have heard from sources at Scots that Heinz Le-Moto has suffered a season ending injury, some issue with his knee, with this discovery it will be interesting to see what happens in the front row Potentially Phil Cooney moving up to front row and Jock Sides moving to N.O. 8

Could the new number 8 Scot's brought in from The Southport School Agapetos Lote-Felo's possibly fill in. He was a handful last year for TSS and very handy as the QLD Reds u16 team.

Anyone know if Bull (S) is returning to the 1sts this weekend? Thought he went tremendously in the 2nds, and Im sure his height would be a help for the clash this weekend. Galligan (E) will be hard to stop in those line outs.

Hey Men,
Just wanna have a yarn about Julian Minto and want to see how he is going with St Josephs College. Im predominately on the CAS forum but due to that being locked ill have a talk on here. He was at the college of knowledge a couple of years ago and played in the 14E's against Riverview, which was completely unfair (this was because he did not attend the trials due to being at National Running 'SERIOUSLY'). How has he been going. Heard hes in the prestigious 1stXV.
Cheers men,

Shore lineout has been looking dominant all season and I'm sure Scots will be in need of some height this weekend to combat that. I think bringing Bull (S) up into the 1st XV would be a sensible move for the team.

Shore's lineouts under Ed Craig has been second to none. Across all age groups. He works magic.
