Despite playing mostly of the bench I think Blyth is having his best year for the Reds.

He must be the most physical Australian lock and is really nailing his core duties - scrum, lineout, maul, tackle, breakdown. Not flashy but plenty of substance.

Well it wasn’t pretty in the end, but you have to feel like that performance hasn’t just righted the ship for the Reds, but that it could define the season.

stern vern starting to look more like somewhat stern vern. players just arent picking up what he is putting down.
