Surely after a full season of club rugby you don't even need to go that hard at training? Not that I have a fucken clue.

Is it the case that Valetini, Skelton and Gleeson all made it through a full season of first team duties at club level without significant injury and then picked up training injuries with the Wallabies?

Frost’s defence is worth -14 a game. His workman like output doesnt offset this trait.

Gleesons carry game is strong but i dont think he provides the starch Valetini does in defence.

Also why does it need to be Skelton OR LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto). LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) is a handy lineout operator and can play 6 in a pinch. He's a great bench option.
