Just rewatched the game. Id say the biggest stand out was the performance of our 12/13. JAS and Ikitau were so dominant. Should put to bed suggestions that JAS shouldnt be playing centre IMO. He just needs seasoning

Lynagh is a better pure 10 than JOC (James O'Connor) and a better goal kicker (see our last game). Schidt will select him to start if he's 100%, no doubt in my mind. Honestly its hard to argue with any of this. All that said, i still wouldnt mind having him as an option. At his best, he's world class. Fingers crossed he can get past the injuries and find some form in europe. If he really tears it up for Perpignan i could see their being call to include him...

Slipper was in great form during the Lions series. He's old and who knows whether he'll still be an option in 2 years, particularly given that he looked over the hill just 12 months ago. Itd be crazy not to play him while he's in this kind of form. I wouldnt hate putting him on the bench but...

I didnt think the ref was the reason we lost. Although i do recall several times the assistant refs had to intervene and overturn a decision wrongly made against us which seemed clear and obvious to everyone else with eye balls
