Why not JAS? He is a good kicker and wants to kick. Why are we so insistent on 10 doing the kicking?!

He seems to have a very good combination with Lachlan Wallace at 9 too. Them as the 9/10 combo for Joeys for the next 2 years is scary.

I'm not suggesting we cut anyone's feet off completely! I would just like to see less pointless kicking that gifts the ball to the opposition and encourages them to counter attack from halfway. Kicking is always going to be important but I would just like it to be more constructive.

What a crying shame it would be to lose someone with the rugby IQ of Michael Cheika. I know some don't like him but I don't think many could deny he has a great rugby brain that would be rivalled by very few in Australian rugby.

I agree with what a couple of others have said in that he has played very little footy in the past 12 months or so and needs to prove himself again and throwing him into the fire again the AB's and the Puma's would not be a wise move. We have depth in his position at the moment with Wilson...

Extremely light! As I see we only have 4 backrowers on our books: Charlie Gamble, Jamie Adamson, Leafi Talataina, and Pete Samu unless I have missed someone. I know its a long way from panic stations but a lot of good players have gone out the door.
