Wallabies v France, 7.00am AEDT Sunday Morning

Yeah there was quite a bit of damning stuff Doran said. Not that it's all 100% accurate but it's not as if he just makes this stuff up. The complaints of a lack of communication and one on ones from Schmidt is both disappointing and not really surprising. It kind of mirrors his Irish time when things started going wrong he tends to retreat into himself, take less advice and be even more steadfast on his ideas
Yep it seems about 50-50 on players who were positive on Schmidt by the end

I feel like TWAS did the same thing a while back. We're a bunch of crabs in a bucket. I'll never let you fellas out.
Mods should reinstate him immediately. GAGR is the addiction risk equivalent of early grey tea. What sort of mayhem would 20 minutes to tik tok do to the sort of brain that's gets its jollies from an internet 1.0 forum full of aspie rugby dorks?

As someone well acquainted with both, trust me when I say that you don't want to know.

He asked, no, implored us to ban him. Nothing to do with us.
If he wants back in, he need only ask.

There's a lot of "Doran said......." lately - is he the only jouno with an "in" to the team these days?
Not an 'In' but an 'Interest'.

Credit, he's there bringing some Rugby news but he also seems to connect two points with an opinion that feels like it makes sense only to be corrected later.

Would be good to see a couple more Journos dive into it to force accuracy and parse things. Potentially with the WC on the horizon a couple may dip their feet like they have in the past.

Doran on the ESPN Pod this week said Edmed got slammed by Schmidt post-game in the dressing room, which was hard for players to hear
Ever at a mates place when their Mum rips them a new one and you sit there looking dead centre? Players should be use to this sort of thing, if not, there's more issues since most of our players lose more than win.

Must have been proper bake. Which ordinarily I don't mind but Schmidt was probably frustrated at himself more than anything as he's been selecting and backing him in public. I'm not sure what Schmidt sees in him but Tane's kick before half time pretty much sums him up as a player. Unable handle test footy.

I think he sees hope for a steady hand like Noah which given the fly-halves on deck, seems to be the desired choice to let the players play outside 10.

I think like most we've seen the limitations Tane has at Test level. Not everyone will succeed there. It's surprising he's been given such a good run at grabbing the job.

Noah.... don't go there. Definitely not our best after numerous chances.

Noah could realistically be our starting 10 come 2027 despite said chances by virtue of it's just his turn to have another crack again.

For all his failings at international level, no one can argue that he hasn't been one of the form 10's domestically for years and genuinely controlling games - its probably the reason he keeps getting mentioned.

Well, I'd like to see Donaldson get fired up about being dumped and come out firing on all cylinders because he hasn't been given a fair go in the starting position. He hasn't been consistent at Test level but either has Noah and he was given some 30 Tests. I'm suspecting Gordon will be the preferred one going forward considering RA has invested in him but I'd love to see Donno at 10 and Carter at 12 with Ikitau at 13. All depends on form next year obviously.
