Great to finally meet you @Joker. Certainly had a great conversation with you and awesome to get some of your wisdom into subjects surrounding 'rugby scholarships', as well your saying about how 'you only get to do the HSC once so you may as well do it well'.

Just having a look at the GPS 1st team, would this be one of the first ever teams to have only year 12s? 15/15 players are in year 12 and having a look at the 2nd team it only looks to be 2 or 3 from year 11!

That looks a lot better than last time. I remember the 13As being in the 90s, the 14As and Bs being in the 50s and numerous lower 14s teams being smashed. That being said, my condolences to the 14Cs of Shore, who have now lost their perfect record. Heads up high gents.
Yep, Shore were overall much more competitive across the age groups, round 1 was an embarrasment to them and obviously they lifted

How Hockey (E), has not made a team is beyond me. Plays out of his skin every game with a near 100% tackle rate each game and bumps someone off almost every run. Must speak to the depth of the GPS
Completely agree. Hard runner, good on defence, he has a lot of impact.

I fear the reason is his quality is hidden in a struggling Shore squad.

I would just like to say, I was impressed with the line outs from Shore on the weekend. Although they don’t have The Galtitude, they have really improved compared to the last few games. This is surprising considering they have more forwards out than ever, but the boys had a high completion rate and folded into malls well.

Chairman,

I hate to remind you but there is in fact 2 Injured props. Armstrong (Gen Blue U16 2024) and Armarti (Premiership 1st XV 2024)
Lyne and Harvison were 1st XV props 2024. Armati did get some game time for injuries last year but he was dropped to 2nds this year when they preferred Jarrett and Green (Year 11). Was promoted again but injured in first game back, I believe. Armstrong never started the season after ACL.
