Scrums' N ' Bars,

From my understanding, Kupu has not being suspended. Surely very concerning for the AAGPS? Especially considering other schools strict 'no striking' policy

Are Newington wrong for the management of this issue?
Cheers,
GTNB
Did he get a red card? Was he sent off? Was there a referee report? If the answer to these is NO - its up to the school.

Generally, the AAGPS are very reluctant to give out suspensions.

Johannes' Logan's tip tackle on the Kings Boy last year earned him one week. There aren't many red cards going around anyway so I wouldn't be surprised if he got off with a Friday detention and a strict warning from Mark Ticehurst.
Please qualify : " .... generally the AAGPS are reluctant to give out suspensions". What is your evidence behind this statement?

Can I congratulate a Shore Year 12 student by the name of Jack Riding on a phenomenal video that I was shown yesterday on the First XV.

The music, shot selection and overall atmosphere was incredible, and I felt it really summed up the nature of the team. If someone could post it here that would be phenomenal thanks.

Well done Jack, and a shoutout to the various schoolboy medias going around right now.
Also a great referee AND an outstanding attacking wing.

Joeys does not use council grounds.
The park fields will be fine.
The College fields now drain properly.

Shore's lineouts under Ed Craig has been second to none. Across all age groups. He works magic.
I've been impressed by how well drilled they are so far this season. There was some confusion (perhaps with the call?) last week at Northbridge when Shore had the feed to an attacking lineout on Joeys' tryline and absolutely no-one jumped from Shore. I've watched the game again and I cannot see what actually happened. That aside they win a lot of the ball.

Love it. Good to see AI being used in a constructive way. My skills are limited so I am glad to see others taking up the fun.
Keep it up!
So no warning then? Because you like this sandbox to stay open but don’t care about the other one because this one feeds your ego?

Now Now Mr CAS, lets keep things cordial. No need to go around insulting Mr Jokes. You're welcome to talk about CAS at lunch on Monday or even at the footy tomorrow, but the immaturity you are showing here is the same immaturity that lost you your precious thread.

Completely agree RR, DO NOT poke the Joker, he has provided enormously to G&G over many years.
The CAS thread was blocked for good reasons, let's just comment on footy and not rubbish comments in an attempt to be funny, non of which is.

Even with the sun just starting to peek out from behind the clouds, its pretty clear that games will be won and lost in the trenches this weekend. Its going to be close range hand to hand combat for the pigs, and no place for the faint hearted I expect. Still, the other key to victory may be "playinitdowntheirend" and the big ask of the halves will be to kick it long into the corners. Will be a good test of the 10's and their game management.
Well said.

Punch it up the middle and rolling mauls to be the game plan.

Leaked Photo of the Scots 1st XV training today. Shows how they spent more money on Hogwarts then the drainage system for their footy fields. Shore needs to bring their swimming goggles this Saturday.

Isn’t Justice T in year 11? If so 1. Amazing achievement to be captain especially at Joeys. 2. Is this a first anywhere?

Can someone in the know at Joeys tell me where Harry Beckett is? I haven’t seen his name in the 1sts or 2nds lineup for rounds 1 or 2. I thought he was playing 2nds last year and was going well.
